We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our organic social media channels and develop differentiated content strategies for each platform.
This role will be responsible for driving follower growth, boosting engagement, managing community interactions, creating compelling copy across our social media channels, and delivering insightful performance reports to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage content strategies and posting schedules that support business objectives and enhance brand reputation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to oversee content creation, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
- Understand audience segments, manage community interactions, and ensure timely, brand-aligned responses across platforms, fostering strong relationships with followers.
- Work closely with data analysts to define key metrics, track performance, and deliver regular reports on ROI and engagement to stakeholders, providing actionable insights to inform marketing decisions.
- Align social strategy with customer journeys, campaign goals, and market share growth opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign performance.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar that supports campaigns, ensures brand consistency, and reflects timely, relevant messaging, positioning the company as an industry thought leader.
