Key responsibilities include:
- Proactive diary management: Manage complex meeting logistics, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure both leaders and participants are fully prepared with necessary materials and information.
- Email management: Triage and filter incoming communications, delegate tasks, and prioritise critical items, ensuring actions are completed within required timeframes.
- Provide general administrative assistance, including scheduling and preparing for meetings, managing travel requirements, tracking and actioning emails, and coordinating stakeholder communications.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other materials with accuracy, professionalism, and alignment with organisational standards.
- Manage invoice, expense, and credit card reconciliation, and other financial processes.
- Cultivate strong relationships across internal teams, external stakeholders, and industry bodies, representing leaders with professionalism and diplomacy.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Strategic Support Professional, preferably supporting senior leaders, with the ability to seamlessly balance and prioritise their distinct needs.
- Experience supporting leaders who frequently travel or work remotely, ensuring communication and coordination remain smooth and their time is focused on strategic goals.
- Relevant qualifications in business administration or a related discipline are highly regarded.
- A highly organised and resourceful professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and demonstrates strong commercial acumen.
- Builds rapport effortlessly, with a curious and proactive mindset that anticipates the needs of leaders and the teams they lead.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, adept at managing competing priorities, ensuring urgent matters are addressed promptly, and optimising schedules for maximum impact.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills, capable of drafting polished correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools, with a willingness to adopt and leverage new technologies.
