Job Title: Assistant Facilities Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive professional to join our team as an Assistant Facilities Manager. This role will provide strategic support to key clients via the coordination of residential, commercial and industrial routine inspection reports.

The successful candidate will liaise with Facility Managers on issues related to leased and owned sites for rectification, ensuring compliance requirements are met for all properties.

  • Liaise with Real Estate Agents: Ensure compliance requirements are met for all leased residential properties
  • Routine Inspections: Organize inspections with agents throughout Queensland
  • Documentation Management: Collate property documentation required for clients and provide recommendations
  • Property Inspections: Carry out inspections on owned and leased commercial sites and provide itemized reports and recommendations
  • Site Meetings: Attend site meetings with contractors on behalf of clients
  • Record Keeping: Ensure copies of all reports, correspondence and other outgoing documentation is kept on file
  • Building Information: Assist in maintaining building information documents, plans and guides
  • Risk Management: Assist in risk management to mitigate risks to our clients

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
