Critical Care Nurse Specialist

Serco, a leading provider of integrated healthcare services to Australian Defence Force personnel, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Robertson Health Centre in Darwin. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of exceptional clinical outcomes.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing patient care plans, conducting assessments, and coordinating outpatient and inpatient treatments. You will also work collaboratively with our healthcare team to provide co-ordinated patient management and develop effective treatment plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- A minimum of 12 months postgraduate experience within the last 5 years in an acute care or primary health care setting (or part-time equivalent)
- Recent participation in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities in accordance with AHPRA
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification
