We are seeking experienced Critical Care Registered Nurses to join our team at HealthX. These opportunities offer the chance to work in regional Northern Territory communities, providing high-quality patient care and advancing your career.

The Role
You will be employed by HealthX and seconded to work for one of our partner hospitals or health services. You will benefit from our Soft Landing program, which provides ongoing support throughout your placement. This is a unique opportunity to experience a new community and way of life while fast-tracking your career.

Criteria
- AHPRA Registration: Must hold current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
- Critical Care Experience: Minimum 24 months of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute setting.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership abilities and the capacity to delegate and prioritize workload.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Patient-Centred Care: Provide high-quality, patient-centred care in a dynamic environment.

Please Note
These positions are not open to new or recent graduates, and successful candidates must have a minimum of 24 months' experience in an acute setting (in Australia or a similar healthcare system).
