We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our team at HealthX, working with leading hospitals and health services in regional NT communities.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Critical Care Nurse to work in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities- Providing exceptional clinical care to patients in critical care settings
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum 24 months of experience in critical care nursing
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to delegate tasks effectively
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $95,000 per annum
