Settlements Professional Role

We seek an accomplished Settlements Officer to assume key responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 12 months settlements experience, exceptional communication skills, and ability to manage workload.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Timely settlement of new loan applications is essential.
  • Client notification via outbound calls for required settlement steps.
  • Loan documentation production with accurate details including necessary documents.
  • Issue reporting for smoother process facilitation.
  • Security interest registration/removal using PPSR.
