About Us

This is a key role in our RetailEXPO organization. We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and manage customer insights projects.

  • This person will be responsible for providing qualitative and quantitative research for various industries and markets, as well as existing and new customers.
  • The successful candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive customer insights strategy tailored to the diverse industries we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the collection and analysis of data from various sources with a focus on understanding industry-specific trends and preferences.
  2. Utilize advanced analytics techniques to extract meaningful insights from event data and identify industry-specific trends.
  3. Collaborate closely with various functions to elevate relevant functional campaigns based on customer insights.
  4. Partner with Exhibition Directors to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within each industry segment.
  5. Monitor key performance indicators related to event satisfaction, attendee engagement, exhibitor ROI, and client retention.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's not mandatory but highly considered.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully leading customer insights initiatives within diverse industry sectors.
  • Have expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques.
  • Demonstrate a solid background in customer insights, market research, or analytics within the events industry.
  • Exhibit excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Have high-level communication skills for verbally and visually communicating insights to a variety of seniority levels.
  • Possess skills in statistical and survey methodology, including advanced skills in quantitative analysis tools.
  • Demonstrate commercial acumen and ability to navigate business priorities to identify corresponding research areas.
