This role involves developing and implementing a customer insights strategy for diverse industries. You will conduct qualitative and quantitative research, analyze industry trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize event performance and client satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting qualitative and quantitative research for specific industries and markets
  • Leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive customer insights strategy tailored to the diverse industries we serve
  • Overseeing the collection and analysis of data from various sources with a focus on understanding industry-specific trends and preferences
  • Utilizing advanced analytics techniques to extract meaningful insights from event data and identify industry-specific trends
  • Collaborating closely with various functions to elevate relevant functional campaigns based on customer insights
  • Partnering with directors to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within each industry segment
  • Monitoring key performance indicators related to event satisfaction, attendee engagement, exhibitor ROI, and client retention

Requirements:

  • Possess a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; postgraduate studies not mandatory but highly considered
  • Be able to demonstrate a proven track record of successfully leading customer insights initiatives within diverse industry sectors
  • Have expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques
  • Demonstrate a solid background in customer insights, market research, or analytics within the events industry
  • Exhibit excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Have high-level communication skills for verbally and visually communicating insights to a variety of seniority levels
  • Possess skills in statistical and survey methodology, including advanced skills in quantitative analysis tools
  • Demonstrate commercial acumen and ability to navigate business priorities to identify corresponding research areas
