About the Role
This permanent opportunity will require you to provide a broad range of administration support in accordance with the regions requirements to assist and contribute to the service delivery function in the district. Your key responsibilities will include attending to customer and operational enquiries, assisting staff with data entry, record keeping and document management, raising purchase orders, creating work orders in SAP or Grange and approving invoices, processing employee information, travel, and accommodation bookings, and managing physical inventory and procure materials/inventory for Store.

Key Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need considerable experience in providing business and customer service support, as well as a broad range of administration experience. You should possess good verbal and written communication skills, advanced computing skills, and the use of programs such as Microsoft and SAP. A current Forklift Licence or willingness to attain is also highly desirable. Current W.A 'C' Class Drivers Licence is essential.
