Arcade Technician - A Dream Career Awaits

We seek a passionate and skilled Arcade Technician to join our team. This is a flexible, on-call position, averaging between 10-30 hours per week, depending on operational needs and maintenance schedules.

About the Role:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain arcade machines (hardware, software, and mechanical systems).
  • Perform upgrades and routine servicing to ensure machines operate at peak performance.
  • Set up and troubleshoot network systems for multiplayer and online-connected machines.
  • Handle general electrical troubleshooting related to arcade and venue equipment.
  • Assist with machine relocations, setups, and improvements on the arcade floor.
  • Be available for on-call repairs and urgent technical support when required.

Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience in arcade machine maintenance and repair.
  • Solid understanding of general electrical systems and basic wiring.
  • Familiarity with networking and device configuration (LAN setups, troubleshooting).
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Enthusiasm for arcade games and delivering top-tier gaming experiences.
  • Ability to work independently, be proactive, and manage time effectively.
