Electronics Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics product manufacturing and DFMEA processes, with experience in electronic design and firmware development for test purposes.

  • This role involves developing comprehensive test plans to ensure products meet key customer requirements before release. You will also conduct DFT analysis, participate in DFMEA & PFMEA activities, and develop test specifications for manufacturing testers.
  • You will perform quality audits of contract manufacturers (CMs) and their products, including Cpk analysis of test results to measure consistency.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years experience in electronics product manufacturing and DFMEA processes.
  • Exposure to electronic design (using Altium or similar) and firmware development for test purposes.
  • Proficient in soldering and solder inspection.
  • Familiarity with electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, etc.).
