We are seeking a skilled and reliable Catering Officer to join our team at Melbourne Airport. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of catering services to our aircraft.
Key Responsibilities- Loading and unloading of catering vehicles, including maintaining accurate stock levels
- Marshalling of catering vehicles onto and away from aircraft
- General warehouse duties, including receiving stock from suppliers, temperature recording, and stock rotation
- Counting and reconciliation of bar sheets
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the warehouse and adherence to safety and security protocols
- Previous airline experience is preferred
- Able to obtain an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card) and Airside Driver's Licence
- Able to work shift work, including early starts, evenings, and weekend work
- High standard of physical fitness and professionalism
- Ability to work in a team environment and commit to on-time performance
- Full on-the-job and upskill training provided
