About Our Northern Territory and Far-North Queensland Retail Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled leader to manage our network of retail stores across the region, combining commercial acumen with purpose-driven work that positively impacts communities.

This role requires the ability to empower store teams, drive community outcomes, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while ensuring operational excellence and safety standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and motivate a passionate team of Store Managers, paid staff, and volunteers to achieve key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with Regional Manager to align area performance with national strategy and objectives.
  • Lead the area to meet sales, surplus, safety, and service targets by championing operational excellence, merchandising standards, and a safety-first culture.
  • Analyze business reports to drive strong commercial and social results, making informed decisions to improve store performance.
  • Oversee new store openings, refurbishments, and store transitions to ensure seamless operations.
Key Requirements
  • Proven success in multi-site retail management with excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and confidence in business reporting.
  • Able to lead by example, fostering a hands-on approach and a commitment to community impact.
