Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis, and care to patients within the Nurse Practitioner scope of practice.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure multidisciplinary patient-centred care.
- Lead the development and implementation of Clinical Practice Guidelines.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and medical record management.
- Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA as a Nurse Practitioner.
- National Crime Check within the past 12 months.
- Current Working with Children's Check.
- Extensive experience in primary care nursing, with advanced clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated understanding and respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures.
- A commitment to quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
- Current C Class Drivers License for QLD.
- Must have full working rights for Australia (i.e. Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia/New Zealand, or a current, valid visa with no restrictions).
