Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to support procurement operations, focusing on vendor management, contract reviews, and third-party risk.

This role ensures that third-party engagements meet both commercial and cybersecurity standards, aligning with regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with strategic sourcing, vendor onboarding, and contract lifecycle management
  • Supporting due diligence, risk tiering, and compliance checks
  • Maintenance of procurement documentation, reporting dashboards, and supplier records
  • Liaison with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely approvals and contract execution

The successful applicant will also be responsible for:

  • Partnering with Second Line of Defence roles to assess vendor risk, especially for technology and cloud-based services
  • Coordinating due diligence questionnaire responses and supplier onboarding assessments
  • Reviewing and negotiating vendor contracts to ensure favourable terms and compliance with relevant standards
  • Collaborating with Legal and IT Security to assess clauses related to data protection, breach notification, and system access

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in procurement operations, including vendor management and contract reviews
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
  • Proficiency in procurement software and systems
