Junior School Leadership Opportunity

Overview

The Junior School is seeking an exceptional leader to play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our students. As Head of Junior School, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of innovative teaching and learning programs, staff professional learning, and driving school improvement.

Job Description:

  • Provide strategic leadership on learning outcomes and student wellbeing, including engaging with parents and stakeholders.
  • Lead colleagues to evaluate the effectiveness of teaching and learning programs and implement improvements.
  • Develop and manage resources, financial budgets, and organizational operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven contemporary strategic leadership knowledge, skills, and experience in a primary setting or equivalent context.
  • Superior knowledge of contemporary teaching and learning programs relevant to a culturally diverse and academically rigorous school environment.
  • Highly developed human resource management skills, ability to lead and influence others, and collaborate with stakeholders.
