Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Director/Partner to join our National Private Client Advisory team in Newcastle. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in advising high net worth individuals and families on estate and succession planning, as well as leading the growth of our private client offering in the North East.

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong individual with experience in complex wills, lifetime trusts, deeds of variation, powers of attorney, and estate administration. The successful candidate will also have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships and demonstrating strong financial disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising clients on estate and succession planning, including implementing and running complex wills, lifetime trusts, deeds of variation, powers of attorney, and estate administration
  • Leading the growth of our private client offering in the North East
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Demonstrating strong financial disciplines
Requirements and Qualifications
  • STEP qualified
  • Technically strong in Private Client matters
  • Experience in leading and managing teams/juniors
