About the Role

We are seeking a Seasonal Services Team Member to join our team at Westfield North Lakes. As a key member of our services team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to customers and retailers.
  • Provide concierge support, including assistance, directions, and information in a busy retail environment.
  • Manage traffic and direct vehicles during peak times in the car park.
  • Assist with valet parking and provide a 5-star service.
  • Support the marketing team with festive events and surprise-and-delight moments.
Requirements
  • Be confident in providing customers with assistance in a busy retail setting.
  • Have a full open driver's license (Manual/Auto/International).
  • Be available for shifts from October to February, including late-night, weekend and public holiday trading.
