Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Linfox Pty Ltd. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in attracting and securing top talent for our business.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted strategies to build organisational capability and culture.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding activities.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings to ensure candidates meet Linfox's standards.
- Utilise a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and industry events, to discover top talent.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to continuously refine our recruitment approach.
- Previous experience in an Agency or in-house Talent Acquisition role.
- Proven ability to manage the full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Excellent ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong relationships with hiring managers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Strong understanding of the operational requirements and challenges within the logistics industry.
