Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic consultant to hiring leaders, offering insights and market analysis to inform recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to identify their staffing needs and develop focused recruitment plans that align with our organizational objectives.
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and evaluating candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring leaders.
- Coordinate and manage the comprehensive recruitment process, including negotiation of offers and onboarding procedures.
- Perform reference checks and background verifications to ensure candidates meet Linfox's high standards.
- Leverage various channels, such as job boards, social media, and industry networking events, to identify exceptional talent.
- Remain updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices to continuously enhance our recruitment strategies.

- Experience in either an agency or in-house recruitment capacity.
- Proven track record in managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Exceptional skills in influencing, negotiating, and building robust relationships with hiring leaders.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while adhering to tight deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
- A solid understanding of the operational demands and challenges within the logistics sector.
