Senior Data Center Operations Manager

Currently, AI applications are constrained by the limitations of Graphics Processing Units (GPUs), originally designed for gaming. This will soon become the weakest link in the AI economy.
Groq's Language Processing Unit (LPU) Inference Engine has been specifically engineered for large language models. It surpasses GPUs in speed, power, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities- Manage operational excellence across data centers in Sydney and Australia.
- Lead teams and oversee site operations, ensuring stability, security, and efficiency.
- At least 10 years of experience in data center management, focusing on people and site management.
- Deep knowledge of data center infrastructure, Linux systems, networking, and security.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- IT Hardware troubleshooting capabilities.
- Experience with data center management software and ticketing systems.
