We are seeking a skilled professional to join our finance team as a Financial Systems Administrator.

This role involves the maintenance and ongoing development of core financial systems, with a focus on Workday enterprise-wide reporting, data governance, and system project delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the ongoing design, configuration, enhancements, and reporting for Workday, building strong relationships with stakeholders to drive Workday adoption and ease of use.

Key responsibilities include owning and delivering system projects that improve functionality and efficiency, configuring and maintaining Workday security settings and controls, providing business, system, and data analytics to support effective decision-making, and developing and configuring business process flows with a continuous improvement mindset.

You will be a proactive problem-solver with strong technical and business analytical skills, confident working across teams, managing multiple projects, and translating business needs into system solutions.

Required skills and qualifications include proven financial systems experience, hands-on experience with Workday configuration (Workday Financials preferred), solid understanding of finance functions, strong reporting and data analysis skills, ability to manage multiple continuous improvement initiatives and stakeholders, exposure to financial or data-driven reporting, and Chartered Accountant qualification or plans to study towards one.
