We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. Our team helps clients navigate complex change and transition to low-impact, high-performance operating models.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital consulting, sustainability, and ESG reporting. They will be responsible for designing and delivering digital and data infrastructure solutions that power ESG, sustainability, and EHS outcomes.
Responsibilities- Co-lead end-to-end ESG reporting platform implementations, including system architecture design and data integration strategies
- Facilitate strategic client workshops to define ESG/EHS technology requirements
- Translate technical requirements into clear business recommendations for senior client stakeholders
- Facilitate process mapping workshops with cross-functional client teams to identify optimisation and standardisation opportunities
- Design current-state and future-state process maps that optimise ESG reporting workflows across departments
- Conduct gap analysis and maturity assessments to benchmark client ESG capabilities from a technology/data lens
- Support with technology vendor evaluation processes
- Support proposal development and deliver compelling client presentations for new business opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Commerce, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of consulting experience focused on ESG, sustainability, or technology implementation
- High proficiency in process mapping and workflow optimisation tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Demonstrated track record of successful client engagements and achieving measurable business outcomes
- Good proficiency in data analysis tools, visualisation platforms, and enterprise software systems
- Experience with enterprise-level project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma)
