As a Digital Sustainability Expert, you will be responsible for driving the implementation and enhancement of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) solutions. This role combines digital expertise with analytical thinking and collaborative project work to deliver impactful results for sustainability-driven clients.

This includes co-leading end-to-end ESG reporting platform implementations, designing system architecture, and developing data integration strategies. You will also facilitate strategic client workshops to define ESG/EHS technology requirements, translate technical requirements into clear business recommendations, and design current-state and future-state process maps that optimize ESG reporting workflows across departments.

In addition, you will conduct gap analysis and maturity assessments to benchmark client ESG capabilities from a technology/data lens, support technology vendor evaluation processes, and contribute to proposal development and client presentations.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in environmental science, engineering, commerce, or a related field, along with 2+ years of consulting experience focused on ESG, sustainability, or technology implementation. Proficiency in process mapping and workflow optimization tools is also essential.

You will be working with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop recommendations for senior client stakeholders. Your ability to analyze complex data sets, communicate effectively, and drive meaningful change will be critical to your success in this role.

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Commerce, or related field
  • 2+ years of consulting experience focused on ESG, sustainability, or technology implementation
  • High proficiency in process mapping and workflow optimization tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
  • Demonstrated track record of successful client engagements and achieving measurable business outcomes
  • Good proficiency in data analysis tools, visualization platforms, and enterprise software systems
