About the Role

We are seeking a Vocationally or Generally registered GP to join our team at Trust Medical Recruitment for an exciting opportunity in an Aged Care GP Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide medical services to residents in aged care facilities through a combination of face-to-face consultations and virtual care.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of doctors, nurses, geriatricians, carers, and allied health professionals to support the healthcare needs of residents.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of a collaborative care model that prioritizes resident-centered care.
  • Participate in regular routine consultations to monitor residents' health and prevent hospitalizations.
  • Coordinate care to ensure residents receive the right care in the right place at the right time.
Requirements
  • Vocational or General Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Full Australian work rights.
  • Experience in Emergency Department (ED) and/or General Practice.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
