Aged Care GP Program Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled GP to join our Aged Care GP Program, providing high-quality medical care to residents in the Wollongong and Shellharbour regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide medical services to residents in aged care facilities, using a combination of face-to-face consultations and telehealth.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of doctors, nurses, geriatricians, carers, and allied health professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Develop and implement care plans that address the unique needs of each resident.
  • Contribute to the development of the Aged Care GP Program, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • Vocational or General Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Full Australian work rights.
  • Experience in Emergency Department and/or General Practice.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
