Aged Care GP Program Opportunity

We are working with a company that is redefining access to affordable healthcare for residents in aged care. Our Collaborative Care Model brings together a team of doctors, nurses, geriatricians, carers, and allied health professionals to support the healthcare needs of residents.

Eligibility
  • Doctors must have Vocational or General Registration
  • Doctor must have full Australian work rights
  • Doctors must have experience in ED and/or General Practice
  • Doctors that are restricted by the moratorium are able to apply

We are looking for a Vocationally or Generally registered GP to work on a refer and request basis for an Aged Care GP Program. The Doctor will be using a combination of visits or telehealth to service the areas. Items will be bulk-billed on refer and request provider number.
