Employment Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Employment Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have great opportunity for career progression within the role.

The Employment Support Specialist role is to support clients once they have secured employment, and work with employers to ensure long-term sustainable employment outcomes.

  • Ensure all placed clients are supported and contacted regularly;
  • Identify areas where alternative or additional training is required and facilitate this support;
  • Track all placements and maintain up-to-date records;
  • Provide on-the-job support to participants and employers to ensure Participants maintain sustainable and ongoing employment;
  • Liaise with employers, clients, and other team members to assist clients to maintain their employment;
  • Assist with the management of employment claims;
  • Evaluate and escalate risks or concerns through appropriate channels;

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a customer service, sales or client-facing role, minimum three years' experience;
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals overcoming challenges;
  • Happiness and confidence liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • Confidence working to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers;
  • An overall desire to be part of a broader organization, with a true belief in the purpose: to connect people and business, so both can thrive;
