Job Title: Community Experience Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Community Experience Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating memorable moments in a vibrant health precinct.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the welcoming face of our community, ensuring that all visitors feel valued and supported.
  • Maintain a polished and vibrant lobby, reflecting the identity of the precinct.
  • Coordinate concierge services such as visitor management, transport bookings, dry cleaning, catering and local recommendations.
  • Plan and deliver lobby activations, events and seasonal experiences that build community connection.
  • Support the property and facilities team with inspections, contractor access and day-to-day coordination.
Requirements:
  • A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering exceptional service.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, customer experience or facilities coordination.
  • Experience in placemaking / marketing desirable.
  • Interest or experience in health and digital innovation will be highly regarded.
