About the Position

The Chief Medical Imaging Technologist will work closely with our operations team to drive quality and excellence in our services. You will be responsible for providing high-quality examinations and ensuring patient safety and welfare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Provide high-quality examinations to patients, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
  • Leadership: Inspire and motivate our team to deliver excellent service, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Communication: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and communicate effectively with our team.
  • Decision Making: Make sound decisions using initiative and independent judgment, optimizing workflow and upholding patient quality care.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a leader in diagnostic imaging, preferably as a Chief MIT or Deputy Chief.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proven track record of motivating and developing others.
  • Relevant qualifications and registration, such as AHPRA and/or ASAR, and Victorian Radiation Licence if applicable.
