We are seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide high-quality care in our aged care facilities. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering person-centred care in a safe and secure environment, working collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent outcomes.

This role requires the ability to work independently, think critically, and demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centred care. A Certificate III or IV in Personal Care is essential, as is experience in providing personal care and a demonstrated understanding of OH&S issues. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team are also highly valued.

The ideal candidate will possess basic computer knowledge and skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience working with individuals who have dementia or other complex needs is also desirable.
