Aged Care Support Worker

We are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified individuals to undertake the role of Personal Care Assistant in our high-level aged care facility. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing home-like, person-centred care in a safe and secure environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care services to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring.
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control principles.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, and other staff members.
Requirements:
- Certificate III or IV in Personal Care.
- Prior experience in aged care, preferably in a personal care assistant role.
- Basic computer knowledge and skills, including proficiency in electronic documentation systems.
- A demonstrated commitment to quality care and customer service.
