Project Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage end-to-end Vantagepoint implementation projects.
The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of Vantagepoint, experience with ERP system implementations, and proven project management expertise.
This is a 99% remote position with possible trips to client or company sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the entire Vantagepoint implementation project lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, Deltek, and third-party vendors.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions to ensure system configuration meets business needs.
- Oversee data migration, integrations, testing, and user acceptance processes.
- Coordinate training and change management activities to ensure a smooth transition for end users.
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as needed.
- Ensure implementation meets scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
