Job Title: Senior Risk Governance Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Risk Governance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our risk management function, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business operations are aligned with our risk appetite and that we have effective controls in place to mitigate potential risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the identification, assessment, and monitoring of risks across the organization.
  • Review and manage risk appetite statements and key indicators.
  • Assess and monitor risk culture and maturity.
  • Manage risk committee activities, including agenda development, paper collation, and secretariat functions.
  • Develop papers for divisional risk committees and compile data for speaker notes.
  • Create risk reports using Tableau dashboards.
  • Analyze risk data and identify insights for better risk outcomes.
  • Lead risk programs across the organization.
  • Design and deliver risk awareness training.
  • Conduct risk activities in line with policy requirements.
