About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a leading company in the APAC region and contribute to the growth and success of our regulatory operations team. As a Program Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Operationalizing and Continuous Improvement of BAU Processes: Ensuring that all queries, tools, and processes run smoothly as part of BAU for Regulatory Support. Continuously improving on processes and documentation to ensure all our processes are auditable and maintainable.
  • Helping Deliver Stellar Operations Outcomes: Ensuring our support sites across APAC achieve the best outcomes for regulators, especially in the face of new products and features, and ensuring our site operates as efficiently as possible while maintaining the highest level of quality.
  • Diagnosing Opportunities for Improvement: Collaborating with various teams to perform root cause analysis on problem areas and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience: A proven track record of driving change in a fast-paced environment, whether in a startup, bank, consultancy, or corporate.
  • Demonstrated Data/Analytics Experience: Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and JQL, with experience in data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Exceptional Writing and Verbal Communication Skills: The ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
  • Attention to Detail and Ability to Work on Multiple Projects: The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, with a high level of attention to detail and quality.
