Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and sales-focused Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving store performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve store budget and understand KPI expectations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive store performance
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years fashion retail management experience
  • Experience in managing a team of more than 5
  • Sound customer service skills with a proven track record in sales
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team
  • Strong VM skills and ability to move fixtures/fittings
