Job Opportunity

We are seeking talented change professionals to support the delivery of end-to-end change for a workstream within our SAP transition and integration program.

The Organisation Change Team partners with the business to manage change strategically across the organisation. As a Workstream Change Analyst, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and actively engage with stakeholders to facilitate SAP technology adoption, minimise disruption to business operations, and garner maximum user support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify critical stakeholder groups impacted by the planned change.
  • Plan and lead facilitation of change impact discussions with program stakeholders.
  • Document change impacts assessment results to gauge the extent of change.
  • Identify training and capability uplift needs.
  • Contribute to the development of the Workstream Change Plan to promote adoption.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate tertiary qualification in HR, Organisational Change, Organisational Psychology, Business, or related discipline.
  • Experience identifying, documenting, and analysing change impacts across people, processes, and systems.
  • Effective business analytical, reporting, and organisational skills.
  • Collaborative, adaptive, and skilled at handling competing priorities in a complex environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
