Are you an experienced automotive professional with a passion for fleet sales and relationship management? We're looking for a Group Fleet Manager to lead and grow our fleet division, working with a well-established customer base and representing one of the world's most respected automotive brands. We are looking for someone with : Proven experience in vehicle sales, preferably high volume fleet sales Strong negotiation and communication skills. Self-motivation, with a strategic mindset and customer-first approach. The ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver consistent results. Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to : Managing and growing our fleet sales portfolio across a range of business and government clients. Developing long-term relationships with key stakeholders, delivering tailored solutions. Working closely with our sales and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Driving sales performance, achieve KPIs, and contribute to the dealership's continued success. We are process driven and empower our staff to achieve more through ownership of their work and clients.
