  • Code Management: Write code and tests, construct prototypes, solve issues, and evaluate and rectify bottlenecks to ensure the delivery of high-quality code.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Define and document best practices and methodologies, and share knowledge with the team to drive technical excellence.

Requirements

  • Technical Expertise: Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with Python, Java, Kotlin, and PostgreSQL, and at least 4 years of experience in developing SaaS applications on AWS.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical innovation and excellence.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Nice-to-Have

  • Front-end Development: Experience in JavaScript/TypeScript-based front-end development.
  • MLOps and DataOps: Understanding of MLOps and DataOps concepts.
  • Cloud Computing: Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, including AWS.

Educational and Certification Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Certifications: AWS certifications are considered an added advantage.
