
Disability Support Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated support worker to provide high-quality services to individuals with disabilities.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team in delivering person-centred care and support. As a disability support professional, you will play a vital role in empowering people with disabilities to live independent and fulfilling lives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and hygiene support to clients
- Offering social support and companionship to help clients feel connected and valued
- Assisting with meal preparation and medication prompting
- Providing light domestic assistance to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment
- Transporting clients to appointments and community outings
- Respite care and other tasks as required
Requirements:
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence and own reliable vehicle
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Police Check (within 12 months)
- Smartphone with internet access
- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care) preferred

Shifts Available:
We have various shifts available, including afternoon, evening, and sleepover shifts. Current high-priority shifts include:
Monday - Wednesday: 2PM - 6:00 AM (includes sleepover)
Monday, Friday, and Saturday: 10am-2pm
