Nursing Service Manager

We are seeking a dynamic leader to provide strategic oversight of our home nursing service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and foster a culture of continuous improvement where all patient encounters influence a memorable patient experience.
- Monitor, analyse and report variances and trends in clinical data to continuously improve clinical quality and safety outcomes.
- Contribute to policy and procedure development to optimise clinical outcomes and enhance the patient experience.
- Act to promote and integrate service models with hospitals to deliver seamless care in the community and ambulatory setting.
Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
Tertiary qualification in nursing, management and/or relevant discipline.
Recent acute clinical experience in home nursing.
State driver's licence and Working with Children Check.
BenefitsSalary: $127,128 per annum (pro-rata for part-time) plus 12% Superannuation.
