Transforming Lives through Effective Communication
The role of a Speech Pathologist is to empower individuals with various communication and swallowing needs. As part of our dynamic team, you will be working with clients aged 0-65 across early intervention, school age, adolescent, and adult services.
Your key responsibilities will include conducting assessments and interventions such as Communication Assessments, Swallowing and Paediatric Feeding (Dysphagia) Assessments, Mealtime Management Plan development and reviews, Augmentative and Alternative Communication Assessments, and Ongoing therapy.
You will work in diverse environments including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth, and office locations.
Skillset Required- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
- Registration or ability to become registered with SPA
- A car and licence
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
