Job Opportunity: International Artists Coordinator

We are a team within a leading music company, engaged in recorded music, music publishing, and audio-visual content across the globe.

About the Role:

  • \
  • Support the development of strategies for the best go-to-market approach.\
  • Provide top-class administrative support to the International Artists team.\
  • Help create and promote various marketing tools and communications targeted at the organization and its contacts.\
  • Understand artist fan demographics and develop engagement strategies.\
  • Maintain knowledge of the International artist roster, processes, goals, and efforts for cohesive teamwork.\
  • Grow and optimize engagement and audience relationships for Universal artists on social media and streaming platforms.\
  • Develop and maintain audience engagement for UMA roster artists.\
  • Generate innovative digital communications for our artists.\
  • Create online communities, drive engagement, engage the target market, and adapt to changes in the marketplace.\
  • Specialize in creating impactful short-form content for platforms like TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.\
  • Assist with building Creator relationships and executing campaigns.\
  • Build strong internal relationships and work with stakeholders to ensure project outcomes.\
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in content marketing.\
  • Support Event Management as required.\
  • About You:\
    • \
    • Possess a deep passion for music and social media.\
    • Have 1-2 years of working experience.\
    • Hold a degree (preferably but not necessary).\
    • Experience in managing social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.\
    • Basic knowledge of filming, editing, and audio recording live video content.\
    • Proficient in basic systems including Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and Adobe.\
    • Be an exceptional communicator.\
    • Meet deadlines and have attention to detail.\
    • Be a team player.\
    • Collaboration is key.\
    • Will work outside regular hours when needed.\
    • Able to take initiative and go above and beyond duties.\
