Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic product plans to drive revenue growth, profitability, and innovation.
  • Manage supplier relationships to optimise trading terms, promotional support, and innovation.
  • Implement effective range and space management through up-to-date planograms and data-led decisions.
  • Deliver product budgets for sales, GP%, and shrink, supported by regular data analysis and actionable reporting.
  • Seamlessly execute new store openings, including accurate ranging, promotional stock planning, and supplier engagement.
  • Maintain compliance across merchandising standards, pricing reviews, and promotional programs.
Requirements:
  • Experience in product management, merchandise planning, or buying within retail or FMCG environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive sales and margin improvement through data-led strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in supplier negotiations, promotional planning, and range optimisation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in interpreting product data, analysing performance, and generating actionable insights.
