Portfolio Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Manager to join our team. This role involves driving the development of product portfolio strategy and roadmap, reporting insights, ensuring portfolio readiness, owning and executing against our platform integration and partnership strategy.

This position requires strong product experience in the Banking/Finance industry, experience in strategic functions with analytical focus, proven people leadership skills, commercial and financial acumen, problem-solving skills, adaptability, stakeholder engagement and management, excellent communication and business writing skills, and an understanding of banking data and payments integrations.

  • Drive the development of the product portfolio strategy & roadmap with a 3-5 year horizon.
  • Report insights, including tracking of financial performance and key product metrics.
  • Ensure portfolio readiness for major transformation programs, including strategy and process re-engineering.
  • Own and execute against our platform integration & partnership strategy.
  • Monitor product and digital capability developments and trends in the domestic and international markets for target industries.
Key Qualifications
  • Strong product experience in the Banking/Finance industry.
  • Experience in strategic functions with strong analytical focus.
  • Proven people leadership experience.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Well-versed in stakeholder engagement/management with excellent communication and business writing skills.
  • Understanding of banking data and payments integrations highly desirable.
