We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Consumer and Family Reference Group. This group is comprised of current and previous clients, their family supporters and staff who meet monthly to discuss and provide input into all aspects of the service.
Key Responsibilities- To support the organisation in creating a recovery-focused, person-centred and family-centred care environment.
- To provide strategies for a psychosocially safe organisational culture and welcoming environment.
- To ensure services meet consumer needs and provide a positive service experience.
The regular meetings are held on the first Wednesday of every month from February to November each year. Consumer, Carer, Family and Community Members will receive a sitting fee of $131.25 per scheduled 3-hour meeting (includes 30 minutes paid preparation time).
