The Role:
- Provide visionary leadership, guidance and support to the payroll services team.
- Drive the delivery of accurate, efficient and consistent payroll processing.
- Oversee compliance with legislative and audit requirements ensuring highest standards.
- Investigate and resolve complex payroll, leave and personnel issues effectively.
You will need:
- Demonstrated expertise in the accurate management of payroll, leave, general personnel and records services.
- High level experience in leading and working effectively as part of a collaborative team.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and industrial awards/agreements.
