  • We are seeking a visionary Store Design Manager to lead conceptual design and evolution of our retail environments.

This role requires an experienced conceptual retail designer or interior designer with expertise in fashion, pop-ups, or events who will create immersive brand experiences driving customer engagement and commercial success.

The Store Design Manager will set store design guidelines ensuring global consistency across markets and alignment with our brand DNA, visual merchandising systems, and commercial goals.

  • Key responsibilities:
  • Setting and governing store design guidelines
  • Ensuring global consistency across markets
  • Alignment with our brand DNA, VM systems, and commercial goals
  • Researching and developing concepts for new store designs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring designs to life
  • Elevating the in-store experience and bringing our brand to life in physical spaces

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in conceptual retail design or interior design (with expertise in fashion, pop-ups, or events)
  • Proficiency in design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering programs
  • Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction methods
  • Knowledge of building codes, accessibility requirements, and retail safety standards
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders
  • A high level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail
