About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding leadership position that requires a unique blend of analytical and interpersonal skills. As a Night Fill Operations Manager at Woolworths, you will be responsible for leading a team of night fill staff to ensure the store is set up for success for the next day of trade.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and seasonal event plans to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve promotional planning goals
  • Ensure accurate inventory controls and efficient use of store equipment
  • Lead by example and promote a strong focus on Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) and safety protocols
  • Deliver key performance metrics and targets across the Night Fill team
  • Drive Store Sustainability initiatives and promote environmentally friendly practices
